Yet, the ever changing landscape of medicine requires new and innovative mentoring models to deliver and monitor effective mentorship. NorthStar is uniquely positioned to meet the needs of students, physician mentors, and medical entities including medical institutions, hospital systems and national medical student and physician organizations.

NorthStar provides a system for diversity program administrators to interface with diverse student populations and connect their employees to students. It will assist with recruiting, enrolling, matching, managing, and measuring mentoring activities. These administrators will be able to determine key performance indicators based upon their recruitment efforts including participation numbers, mentoring investment, focus, and satisfaction that can be easily translated to evaluate recruitment efficacy and identify opportunities for improvement.
